How to delete my profile ?
|
|
|
To delete your profile you simply have to send a request to our admin. You can use the contact form located here
or send an email to admin@iseduction.net

I forgot my password, how do I retreive it ?
|
|
|
When you forget your password, use this page to get a temporary
password. We are unable to send you your password for security reasons. If the temporary password does not work, send us a support request.

I forgot my username, how do I retreive it ?

|
|
When you forget your username, use this page to get your username
by email. If you don't receive the email within 15 minutes, send us a support request.

Can I change my username ?
|
|
|
No. The username cannot be changed. Even if you ask us to do so, we will not be able to change it.

How can I change my email address ?

|
Go to "My profile" and click on the link "Change" at the right of "Email".
|

How can I change my password ?
|
|
|
Go to "My profile" and click on the link "Change" at the right of "Password".

How many messages can I send per day ?
|
|
|
You can send a maximum of 40 messages per day. This limit avoids members to be spammed by other members.

|
How many pictures of me can I add in my profile ?
|
|
|
There is no limit on the number of pictures. Each picture you upload is compressed and cropped by our system.
You can upload up to 5MB in space, about 100 pictures.

An error has occured on the website, what should I do ?
|
|
|
When an error occurs, all the information needed is logged on our system to help us understand and correct the
problem. If the problem is blocking you or you want to precise something to help us in correcting the problem,
you can contact us.

My profile has been modified by the administrator, why ?
|
|
|
Each profile is reviewed when you change it. If you enter personnal informations like phone number or email,
we remove those informations. If you enter anything that cannot be read, we remove those informations too.
Our admin reserves the right to edit each profile to remove unwanted informations.

My profile has been deleted, why ?
|
|
|
We reserve the right to remove without notice any inappropriate profile or any member that uses our services
inappropriatly. When we detect a nigerian fraud attempt we delete the member.
If we receive complaints on an abusive member, we will remove it.
